FTF Platform — Terms of Service
Effective Date: July 10, 2025

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FTF Platform, operated by FTF
Education, LLC ("FTF," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy,
and any other policies referenced herein.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By creating an account or accessing the FTF Platform, you acknowledge that you’ve read, understood, and
agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. USE OF THE PLATFORM
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- Share, resell, or sublicense your account access.
- Infringe upon any intellectual property rights.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the platform.

Membership includes access to tutorials, community spaces, digital assets, creator content, and exclusive
partner discounts. Access is licensed, not sold.

3. ELIGIBILITY
Users must be 13 years or older. Certain discounts (such as Adobe’s) may require additional age or educational
verification by third parties, which we do not administer or control.

4. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS & BILLING
All FTF Platform subscriptions are 12-month commitments and auto-renew annually unless canceled before the
renewal date.

You may select:
- Annual Prepaid Plan: Pay in full at a discounted rate.
- Annual Monthly Plan: Pay monthly for the full 12-month term.

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full annual term, either upfront
or monthly. All fees and charges are fully earned upon payment.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate available subscription plans at any time.

5. 14-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your initial subscription date, provided that:
- You have not downloaded any full asset packs.
- You have not redeemed any partner discounts (e.g., Adobe).
- You have not accessed your Proof of Enrollment Certificate.

If you attempt to access any of these features during the first 14 days, you will receive a pop-up notification
requiring you to acknowledge that proceeding will void your eligibility for a refund.

Refunds may not be 100% of the charged amount, depending on payment processor fees retained by Stripe,
Recurly, PayPal, or similar providers.

6. NO PARTIAL REFUNDS
We do not provide partial refunds for unused time or partial engagement with the platform. Refunds issued
beyond the 14-day window are solely at our discretion.

7. ASSET DOWNLOADS AND LICENSING
All digital assets provided through the FTF Platform are:
- Licensed for personal or commercial use within your own or client video projects.
- Prohibited from redistribution, resale, or sharing outside the platform.
- Only available while your account is active and in good standing.

Unauthorized use or distribution may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

8. MARKETPLACE DISCLAIMER
The FTF Platform includes a user-powered gear marketplace. FTF Education, LLC does not facilitate
transactions and is not liable for disputes, fraud, shipping issues, or loss. All users engage at their own risk and
are responsible for their own due diligence.

9. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
To foster a safe and productive environment, users agree to:
- Treat others with respect and professionalism.
- Avoid hate speech, harassment, spam, or unauthorized promotion.
- Follow all community-specific rules posted in groups or forums.

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent removal without refund. Please report inappropriate
behavior to [support@fulltimefilmmaker.com].

10. DISCOUNTS DISCLAIMER
FTF Education, LLC offers visibility into third-party partner discounts, including Adobe Creative Cloud’s student
pricing. FTF is not responsible for eligibility, access, or the ongoing availability of these offers. Terms are set by
the provider and are subject to change.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the FTF Platform—including videos, branding, curriculum, design, and digital assets—is the
property of FTF Education, LLC or its licensed creators.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, or distribute content without written permission.

Any user-generated content (e.g., forum posts, profile images, gear listings) remains your property, but by
uploading it, you grant FTF a non-exclusive license to display and use that content within the platform.

12. ACCOUNT SECURITY
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your login with others. Notify us
immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. FTF Education, LLC is not liable for losses or damages resulting
from compromised accounts due to user negligence.

13. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & INTEGRATIONS
The FTF Platform may link to or integrate with third-party tools such as:
- Adobe
- Discord
- Vimeo
- Payment processors (e.g., Stripe)

We are not responsible for the content, policies, uptime, or reliability of any third-party service. Use at your own
risk.

14. AUTO-RENEWAL
Your subscription will auto-renew at the end of each 12-month term unless you cancel your plan before the
renewal date. We will attempt to notify you 30 days prior to renewal via email.

15. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for:
- Breach of these Terms.
- Misuse or abuse of platform features.
- Violation of community guidelines.
- Inactivity, if applicable to asset access policies.

Upon cancellation or termination, access to all content is revoked, and use of assets becomes unauthorized.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
FTF Education, LLC is not responsible for:
- Personal injury, loss, or damage from use of the platform.
- Loss of profits or business from service downtime or issues.
- Third-party service failures or policy changes.

In no event shall FTF’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the user in the 12 months prior to the claim.

17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in [Utah, USA], in accordance
with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to class actions or jury trials.

18. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms periodically. If changes are material, we’ll notify you via email or in-app. Continued
use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance.
